TO: The unknown heirs at law of WILLIAM THOMAS BRAZIER, M.D., Deceased
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for the Determination of Heirship of William Thomas Brazier M.D., and for Authority to List Real Property for Sale [Doc. 21] (the “Petition”) filed in this Court by Diane Dantes, as Temporary Administrator of the Estate of William Thomas Brazier, M.D., Deceased, seeking a judicial determination of the statutory heirs at law of William Thomas Brazier, M.D., Deceased, and also seeking authority to list certain real property of the deceased for sale.
You are hereby summoned to appear and defend against this Petition before the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi, and the Honorable Judge Tametrice E. Hodges Linzey, Chancery Court Judge, at the Hinds County Courthouse, 316 S. President St., Jackson, MS 39201, on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 8:30 a.m., then and there to defend against said Petition and show cause, if any you can, why the relief requested by the Petition should not be granted.
IN CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN SAID PETITION.
You are not required to file an answer, response, or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
