NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO CONVEY CITY-OWNED REAL ESTATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council has adopted a resolution setting a hearing relating to a proposal to convey 1760 Beaver Avenue, as legally described, to Jones Investment Properties, LLC, subject to reservation of easements therein, and further subject to a no-build easement: A PART OF LOT 1, VOTRUBA, AN OFFICIAL PLAT, NOW INCLUDED IN AND FORMING A PART OF THE CITY OF DES MOINES, POLK COUNTY, IOWA. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council will consider the proposed sale and conveyance after a public hearing to be held at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, T.M. Franklin Cownie City Administration Building, 1200 Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa, on June 29, 2026.
