NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council will consider the proposed release after a public hearing to be held at 5:00 p.m. on June 29, 2026, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 1200 Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa. At the hearing, opportunity to be heard will be given to proponents and opponents of the proposed release of the Temporary Easement.
