The Above Described Property Is Conveyed, Subject To Certain Restrictive Covenants As Set Forth In An Instrument Recorded In Said Clerk's Office In Realty Book 30-U, Page 173-179, As Amended By Instrument Recorded In Said Clerk's Office In Realty Book 3i-N, Pages 148-149. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt.
