The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows: A part of the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 9 North, Range 1 West, in Monroe County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point that is 914 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence running West 758 feet and to the centerline of Woodyard Road; thence running South 33 degrees East over and along the centerline of said Woodyard Road for a distance of 269.8 feet; thence running North 83 degrees 15 minutes East for a distance of 226 feet; thence running South 34 degrees 26 minutes East for a distance of 213.2 feet; thence running East for a distance of 280 feet; thence running North for a distance of 415 feet and to the place of beginning. Containing in all 0.46 of an acre, more or less. Together with a non-exclusive, perpetual roadway easement as set forth in that certain Easement for Roadway recorded September 5, 1972 in Deed Record 214, pages 491-492, in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.
