PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 6:00 P.M.
You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss a request by Lyle Huber of Arrington Watkins Architects to amend the Avondale General Plan 2030 (PL-25-0263) and rezone approximately 9.03 acres (PL-25-0264), located at the northeast corner of Lower Buckeye Road and 4th Street.
If approved, PL-25-0263 and PL-25-0264 will amend the General Plan 2030 land use from Industrial to Public/Civic and will rezone the subject property to from Urban Residential (R1-6) to Planned Area Development (PAD). The project will consist of a City owned operations warehouse of approximately 21,000 square feet and associated outdoor storage.
At the meeting, the applicant and/or her representative will be available to answer questions and solicit comments on this request. Please note, this is not a public hearing and no official action will be taken.
