On or about April 2, 2026, Dennis Partain filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, Civil Action No. 2026ECV0481, seeking an Order of Partition by Sale in certain lands more fully described as: All that tract of land North of the Old Milledgeville Road (unimproved) as shown on a plat containing 6.91 acres for the whole tract from the railroad R/W, and made for George T. Washington in December, 1954, by K.L. Wise, Surveyor. The part of said 6.91 acres that is hereby conveyed is bounded NORTH by Beaulah Corley and lands formerly of D.C. Griffin; EAST by County Road; SOUTH by Old Milledgeville Road; and WEST by James Reese. Said property is part of property sold by George T. Washington to Kathleen McL. Mulherin as shown by record in Clerk's Office, Columbia Superior Court, Columbia County, Georgia, and is the same as that property conveyed to Ralph Partain by deed from Kathleen McL.
