ORDINANCE S-52859 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND AND ASSIGN THE CONTRACT WITH QUIK PIK LLC TO PRIORITY TOWING, LLC TO PROVIDE TOWING SERVICES FOR CITY-OWNED VEHICLES; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an amendment to Contract 156287 with Quik Pik LLC dba Quik Pik Towing consenting to the assignment of the contract to Priority Towing, LLC. This amendment will allow the Public Works Department to continue to procure towing services for City-owned vehicles on an as-needed basis. The contract term and cost remain unchanged. SECTION 2.
