ORDINANCE S-52881 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH IPSA SECURITY SERVICES, LLC, TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT TERM AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDING; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to amend Contract No. 154530 with IPSA Security Services, LLC, to allow additional expenditures for security guard services for the Water Services Department and to extend the contract term. The amendment will increase the contract’s cost by six-hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($665,000.00). The revised aggregate value of the contract will not exceed five million seven hundred ten thousand dollars ($5,710,000). The extended contract term will run through December 31, 2026. SECTION 2. The City Controller is authorized to disburse all funds for the purposes of this Ordinance. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Phoenix this 20th day of May 2026.
