ORDINANCE S-52891 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND CONTRACT WITH COMMUNITY BRIDGES, INC. FOR RIO FRESCO EMERGENCY SHELTER OPERATIONS; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager’s designee, is authorized to amend Contract 157666 with Community Bridges, Inc. to increase funding in an amount not to exceed three million six hundred ninety-five thousand two hundred thirty-six dollars ($3,695,236) and to extend the term of the contract through June 30, 2027. The total value of the contract will not exceed twenty-three million eight hundred seventy-five thousand nine hundred twenty-nine dollars ($23,875,929). SECTION 2.
