ORDINANCE S-52896 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT A DONATION OF A PORTABLE FIRE RISER ASSEMBLY FROM API GROUP LIFE SAFETY USA LLC DBA WESTERN STATES FIRE PROTECTION FOR USE IN FIRE PREVENTION TRAINING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to approve and accept a donation of a portable fire riser assembly from APi Group Life Safety USA LLC dba Western States Fire Protection for use in Fire Prevention Training for the Fire Department. The donation is valued at two thousand eight hundred fifty dollars ($2,850). PASSED by the City Council of the City of Phoenix this 20th day of May, 2026.
