AV31000099 FAA/ADOT STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS ARE DUE: FRIDAY, JUNE 26, 2026 AT 12:00 P.M. *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport Taxiway C Reconstruction and Strengthening 2-Step Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The project consists of removing and reconstructing Taxiway C, including removal and replacement of pavement section, upgrading taxiway lights to LED, and striping. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at 702 W. Deer Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $15 million. Small business utilization is highly encouraged. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation. This is a Federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract. Pre-Submittal Meeting A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Diamondbacks Conference Room, Aviation Design and Construction Services Building, 500 S. 24th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034 AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through the Procurement Portal.
