Richter, whose last place of residence is 1615 Valley Road, Waverly, OH 45690, will take notice that October 16, 2025, 2026, an Amended Complaint was filed in the matter of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC v. Cassaundra D. Richter, et al., Case No. 25CI000327, in the Court of Common Pleas of Ross County, Ohio, 2 N. Paint Street, Chillicothe, OH 45601, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Cassaundra D. Richter and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Cassaundra D. Richter are unknown to the Plaintiff and have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 1615 Valley Road, Waverly, OH 45690 and known as Parcel Number 171416088000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Ross County Auditor’s Office, located at 2 N. Paint Street, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on JUNE 18, 2026.
