This Request for Application (RFA) is being issued from the Franklin County Board of Health, operating as Franklin County Public Health, a separate political subdivision, which, through federal funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) serves as the administrator of the Overdose Data to Action LOCAL grant. This RFA is intended to identify qualified companies to develop a comprehensive strategy and campaign to increase awareness and decrease stigma surrounding opioid use disorder, addiction, treatment, and naloxone use.
Applications must be completed and received electronically by 5:00 p.m. on July 3, 2026. Applications received after the due date will not be considered for funding. Any applications faxed, emailed or mailed will not be accepted for review.
