Motion made by: Ms. Dawn Pasquariello Motion seconded by: Ms. Cortney Schrock Voting results: Unanimously Approved IV. Welcome Visitors and Public Comment V. Information/Discussion  A. School Board Recognition Snavely recognized the school board members.  B. Music Trip Presentation for 2027 Becky Holliday and Cameron Mitchell shared on the music trip for 2027.  C. Discussion on Joint Representation Agreement w/Ahlers & Cooney Hand shared the joint representation agreement with Ahlers & Cooney.  D. Discussion on School Fees for the 2026-2027 School Year Snavely shared the school fees for the 2026-2027 school year.  E. Discussion on the Classroom Clinic Agreement for the 2026-2027 School Year Snavely shared the Classroom Clinic agreement for the 2026-2027 school year.  F. Discussion on Milk and Bread Bids Snavely shared the milk and bread bids.  G. Discussion on Termite Pest Control Quotes Snavely shared the termite pest control quotes.  H. Discussion on Agreement w/Heartland AEA for Transfer of State Funding Snavely shared the Heartland AEA agreement for transfer of state funding.  I. Discussion on the 2nd Half of the 400 Series of Board Policy-1st Reading Snavely shared the 400 board policy services 2nd half. VI. Action Agenda  A. Approval of Music Trip for 2027 Board approved the music trip for 2027. The cost is $5,000.00 to be paid out of PPEL/SAVE. The Board approved continuing to purchase bread through Martin Brothers. All seniors graduated. Awards ceremony will be on Friday. Elementary: Preschool preview night went well. FAST testing went very well.
