NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ALABAMA HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY     A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Alabama Housing Finance Authority will be held Wednesday, June 10, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, at the office of the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, 7460 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Suite 200, Montgomery, Alabama.   The purpose of the meeting will be (a) consideration of resolution regarding Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for Mill Creek Phase I, Huntsville, AL (proposed bond amount $18,000,000), (b) consideration of resolution regarding Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for Taylor Landing, Mobile, AL (proposed bond amount $11,000,000), (c) summary of 2027 Citizens Participation Process and Proposed Changes to Plans (1) summary of Proposed Changes to the 2027 Qualified Allocation Process Plan (2) summary of Proposed Changes to the 2027 HOME Action Plan (3) summary of Proposed Changes to the 2027 Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan, (d) Consideration of the Authority’s Final 2027 Low-Income Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan, (e) consideration of the Authority’s Final 2027 HOME Action Plan, (f) consideration of the Authority’s Final 2027 National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan, (g) report of the Executive Director, (h) consideration of any and all actions deemed necessary or desirable by the Authority on any matter pending before it or which may be brought before the meeting.
