In Order to be eligible, recipients shall be:  A Qualified Charitable Institution;Which focus on secondary education (such as nurses’ training, college, or trades); medical research for cures and treatments for illnesses; or those involved in humanitarian endeavors;That are actively involved in the Franklin, Fulton, or Cumberland County regions of Pennsylvania; andAre organized as a tax exempt, 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit. Qualified Applicants will be reviewed by committee and notified if selected.
