WAYNE HIGHLANDS SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPOSED BUDGET NOTICE   In Accordance with the provisions of Section 687 of the Pennsylvania School Code, The Board of Directors of the Wayne Highlands School District hereby gives notice that it has tentatively adopted for the said District for the 2026-27 school year, a proposed budget showing estimated expenditures in the amount of $71,517,413 with revenues in the amount of $71,517,413 with a real estate millage of 13.4907. As per Act 1, a copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection at the Office of the Secretary, 474 Grove Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania; at Damascus School, Damascus, Pennsylvania; and at Preston School, Lakewood, Pennsylvania; Monday through Friday, during regular business hours until finally adopted at an advertised special meeting, which will be held on or before June 30,2026.   Wayne Highlands School District Kelli Barsh, Board Secretary 12382223
