ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   Real Estates Broker / Services   The Lenoir City Utilities Board (LCUB) will be accepting sealed proposal bids for Real Estate Services for the purpose of the sale of surplus properties during the period of 2026-2029. The winning bidder should be prepared to begin when notified by LCUB on specific assigned surplus properties to be placed on the Real Estate Market.   Real Estate Brokers/Relators shall have a bid proposal submittal for their services offered, including experience, references, listing platforms, and all fees itemized related to their services. Brokers shall have a physical business address in Tennessee, be certified as a Tennessee Real Estate Broker/ Relator with valid and related licenses and insurance.   The Lenoir City Utilities Board (“LCUB”) is soliciting sealed competitive proposals (“Proposals”) for the above referenced project (“Service”), which will be accepted by LCUB’s Purchasing Manager until 09:00 (local time) on June,18th 2026 (the “Proposal Submittal Deadline”); at which time all Proposals timely submitted will be publicly opened and the names of each Proposal’s proposer(s) read aloud. Please label the envelope “Real Estate Services”.   Only Proposals received by LCUB’s Purchasing Manager at or before the Proposal Submittal Deadline will be opened and considered by LCUB. LCUB retains the right to reject any or all bids.
