The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is:
Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate. Against the property commonly known as 216 Mount Pleasant Rd, Bedford, IN 47421-9665 and described as follows:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, Lawrence County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a marked 5/8 inch rebar at the southwest corner of Lot 27 in the Greentree Estates, Third Addition and on the east line of Bedford Heights Park Addition; thence south 00 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds west along the said east line, 152.63 feet to a marked 5/8 inch rebar; thence leaving said east line south 89 degrees 26 minutes 47 seconds east, 75.00 feet to a marked 5/8 inch rebar; thence north 00 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds east, 152.63 feet to a marked 5/8 inch rebar on the south line of said Lot 27; thence north 89 degrees 26 minutes 47 seconds west along said south line, 75.00 feet to the place of beginning.
Containing 0.26 acres, more or less. ALSO Lots Numbered Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) in Bedford Heights Park Addition to the City of Bedford, Indiana, (Section "A"), as shown by the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 59 in the Recorder's Office of Lawrence County, Indiana.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s):
United States of America, acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and United States of America, acting through the Internal Revenue Service
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:

If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
