The City Council of the City of Fort Myers, Florida, proposes to adopt the following ordinance:   ORDINANCE NO. 4092 AN ORDINANCE To Be Entitled:   AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, REZONING 0.94 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (IL) TO HEAVY INDUSTRIAL (IH) ZONING DESIGNATION, LOCATED SOUTH OF HANSON STREET, EAST OF CRANFORD AVENUE, NORTH OF CRAG STREET, AND WEST OF PALM AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.   The Fort Myers City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING concerning the proposed enactment of the above titled ordinance in the Council Chambers at Oscar M. Corbin, Jr. City Hall, 2200 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida, on Monday, June 15, 2026, on or about 5:15 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
