The Scituate Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Select Board’s Hearing Room in the Scituate Town Hall located at 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway and also be accessible via Zoom on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 7:00PM to consider the following requests:

Applicant requests a Finding pursuant to Zoning Bylaw Section 810.2.C that the razing and reconstruction of a pre-existing, nonconforming single family dwelling located at 107 Glades Road is not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood and a Special Permit pursuant to Section 470.6.F to allow for a substantial improvement to an existing structure in the Floodplain and Watershed Protection District.
