LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF STURBRIDGE CONSERVATION COMMISSION   The Sturbridge Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on a Request for Determination of an Applicability filed under the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131 Section 40) and local wetland bylaw on Tuesday, June 16 at  6:30 PM on the 2nd Floor of the Center Office Building, 301 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA 01566 and via GoTo Meeting on the following application:   The applicant, Sara Yoffe, Sturbridge Builders LLC, seeks approval for construction of a new single-family home with associated appurtenances at 79 Paradise Lane in Sturbridge, MA.   Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting remotely may do so via GoToMeeting.
