TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR RENT CONTROL BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE   Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., the “Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L. 1975, c. 231. The Township of Montclair Rent Control Board will hold a special meeting to conduct a hearing with regards to the Notice of Appeal of the Rent Control Officer’s Determination of a tenant complaint submitted for the property located at 15 So. Park Street. The special meeting will be on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6:00 pm. at the Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Avenue, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Montclair, New Jersey.
