Said mortgage was recorded May 21, 2007 in Mortgage Book 8558 at Page 823 in the records of CAMDEN County. Said mortgage was eventually assigned to the Plaintiff, US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR GS MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2023-RPL1.
