YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 130 Clinton Road, Suite 202 , Fairfield, NJ 07004, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which CASCADE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST AB2. is the plaintiff and BARBARA L. MOORE A/K/A BARBARA MOORE, HIS/HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND HIS, HERS, THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST; ASPEN AT PRINCETON MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; OCEAN COUNTY BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES ; STATE OF NEW JERSEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, MIDDLESEX County and bearing Docket No. F-006106-26 within thirty-five (35) days after the date of this notice exclusive of such date. If you fail to answer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex – CN 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney you may communicate with the Lawyer Referral Service of the County of Venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may
communicate with the Legal Services Office of the County of Venue. The telephone number of such agencies

This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated March 18, 2010, made by BARBARA L MOORE, as mortgagor(s) to GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS, INC and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 903 ASPEN DR, PLAINSBORO, New Jersey 08536 and known as LOT 903 BLOCK 2702 on the tax map of MIDDLESEX. Said mortgage was recorded April 7, 2010 in Mortgage Book 13807 at Page 0700 in the records of MIDDLESEX County.
Said mortgage was eventually assigned to the Plaintiff, CASCADE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST AB2.
YOU, BARBARA L. MOORE A/K/A BARBARA MOORE, HIS/HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND HIS, HERS, THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, are hereby joined as party defendants as a precaution that there are heirs unknown to Plaintiff.
