BOROUGH OF SADDLE RIVER, BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSY NOTICE TO BIDDERS SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES   Public notice is hereby given that the Borough of Saddle River, County of Bergen, New Jersey is soliciting bid proposals from SOLID WASTE AND RECYCING WASTE COLLECTION CONTRACTORS interested in providing curbside solid waste and recycling collection and disposal services at the option of the Borough for a period of 1 YEAR, 2 YEARS, 3 YEARS, 4 YEARS OR 5 YEARS TO, COMMENCE ON JANUARY 1, 2027 AND END ON DECEMBER 31, 2027, OR DECEMBER 31, 2028 OR DECEMBER 31, 2029 OR DECEMBER 31, 2030 OR DECEMBER 31, 2031, in accordance with the terms of the Bid   Specifications and Uniform Bid Specifications, N.J.A.C. 7.26H-6, et seq. Bidders must bid on all contract durations.   The bidder shall deliver electronically sealed bids, will be opened and conducted in electronic platform in accord with NJAC. 34-1 et. Seq. on BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com//boroughofsaddleriver August 5, 2026 at 10:00am at which time and place the sealed bids will be opened publicly and read for the following: Bids shall be electronically uploaded, no physical bids shall be received, opened or honored. Bid for "SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES" Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27.   Submission of Bid:   If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Borough of Saddle River. If bids are to be submitted electronically in accord with this notice, then the bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail PRIOR to bid opening the original to the Borough Clerk’s Office at Saddle River Borough, Saddle River Municipal Building, l00 East Allendale Road, Saddle River.
