FRANKFORD TOWNSHIP DPW GARAGE WASH BAY NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Township Clerk of the Township of Frankford, Sussex County, New Jersey at the Frankford Township Municipal Building at 151 U.S. Highway 206, Augusta, N.J. 07822 on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, for the following service: CONSTRUCTION OF FRANKFORD TOWNSHIP DPW GARAGE WASH BAY, 31 PERRY ROAD, FRANKFORD, NEW JERSEY. Bids will be opened and publicly read at this time. A Contract or Contracts will be awarded to the responsive, responsible Bidder submitting the lowest Bid. Bid documentation may be obtained starting June 4, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per set, or an electronic copy from the office of Charles Schaffer Associates LLC, Architects, 288 Newton-Sparta Road, Newton, New Jersey - phone number 973.383.7355. The electronic documents may be obtained by written request stating company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and fax number. Bid Documents and Construction Documents are available for the purpose of viewing only at the Office of the Township Clerk during normal business hours. Bids must be submitted in standard proposal form and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the Bidder on the outside; addressed to the Township Clerk, Township of Frankford, and be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable without condition to the Township of Frankford in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.00. The Township will not be responsible for late mail deliveries and no bids will be accepted after the time stipulated in the NOTICE TO BIDDERS. The Township Council reserves the right to award a contract at its sole discretion and further reserve the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, decide as to the responsibility of the bidders and make award on a lump sum basis.
