NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Pursuant to Article III, Section 306 of the Town of Hopewell Zoning Ordinance, Public Hearings before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Hopewell. Said hearings will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall located at 2716 County Road 47 at Hopewell Center, Ontario County, NY.
1. The Public Hearing is to consider Permit Application 369 for Floyd Rayburn/Pickle Ball – Commercial Speech Sign at 3791 Route 5 & 20, Canandaigua, NY. Applicant is seeking variance from TOH Zoning Ordinance 1207 I disallowing off premise commercial speech sign and in compliance with HTO §1205 A1(b) – General Requirements for Erecting and Maintaining Commercial Speech Signs A.b. Sign details 4’-9”H x 4’-10”W (9’x9’ overall monument size), 61 S.F. variance, where 20 S.F. is allowed. TM 99.00-2-33.000

1. Public Hearing is to consider application 345 of Rodney Thorn for property located at 4392 Co. Rd. 50, in the Town of Hopewell, Tax Map 85.03-1-3.000 for Special Use Permit Approval (Renewal), to allow for temporary parking for CMAC events. HTO Section 305D. Property is located in C-1 Zoning.
2. Public Hearing is to consider application 368 for Craig Harter/C & B Roasters, LLC for property located at 4200 Recreation Dr, in the Town of Hopewell, Tax Map 85.03-1-21.000. Applicant is seeking Special Use Permit approval for Mobile Food Service in existing retail facility parking lot, under TOHZO Section 305 D. Property is located in C-1 Zoning
3. Public Hearing is to consider application 376 for FINRED LLC, for property located at 4303 Route 5 & 20, in the Town of Hopewell, Tax Map 99.00-1-7.000 for Special Use Permit Approval to allow for 157 parking spaces for CMAC events. HTO Section 305D. Property is located in C-1 Zoning.
