PUBLIC NOTICE BUDGET 2026-2027 OFFICE OF THE PUBLIC DEFENDER, 23RD DISTRICT   The Office of the Public Defender, 23rd District, will conduct a Hearing for the fiscal year 2026-2027 on June 25, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at the Office of the Public Defender, 23rd District, located at 828 S. Irma Blvd.#102, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737. The purpose of the hearing is to invite public comments on the budget process of the Office of the Public Defender, 23rd District, and the operation of the same. All persons are invited to attend regardless of sex, race, religion, handicap, etc. The following report is a summary only. Detailed financial records are available and on file in the Office of the Public Defender, 23rd District. Interested persons may examine the budget document between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Friday.
