BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE to me directed and issued from the TUSCARAWAS COUNTY COMMON PLEAS COURT and State of Ohio, in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at Public Auction online at https://tuscarawas.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, on 7/2/26 at 9:00 AM, of said day for not less than 2/3 of the appraised value. If property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale on 7/16/26 at 9:00 AM with no minimum bid, the following real estate to wit:

Known as being a part of lot number eighty (80) located on the South side of Front Street in said City, County and State aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said lot 80
Thence south along the west line thereof, a distance of 220 feet to a point on said west line;
Thence east by a line parallel with the south boundary line of said lot 80, a distance of 33 feet to a point;
Thence north by a line parallel to the west boundary line of said lot, a distance of 220 feet to a point on the north boundary line thereof;
Thence west along said north boundary line, 33 feet to the place of beginning.
Intending hereby to convey a portion of said west half of said lot, which shall be 33 feet wide and 220 feet deep, containing 7260 square feet
