INVITATION TO BID   The City of Delaware City (the City) is requesting quotations from qualified bidders for concrete spall repair and resetting of embedded appurtenances (posts, rails, etc.).The project is located along the Delaware River and Branch Canal in Delaware City, 19706.   Sealed bids for the SEA WALL REPAIRS project will be received by the City until 2:00 p.m. local time on July 2, 2026. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Delaware City - Town Hall, 407 Clinton Street, Delaware City, DE 19706.   The Contract Documents and Addenda (but not the Bidding Package) may also be viewed and/or downloaded at no charge via the internet at the Verdantas Plans Room: https://bids.verdantas.com. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the website.   An electronic file of the Bidding Package may be obtained upon payment of $20.00 to Verdantas, LLC.
