NOTICE GIVEN that LASANDRA SHEPHERD STROMAN, Executrix of the Succession of WILEY SHEPHERD is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100'S ($120,000.00) DOLLARS, cash, in accordance with the Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sale filed in the above proceedings as Exhibit A, the immovable property owned by the Succession, of WILEY SHEPHERD described below.
Lot 25, NORTHWOODS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 4, a subdivision ofthe Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, as per plat recorded in Book 1500, Page 391 of the Conveyance Records of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, LESS AND EXCEPT a tract of land off the North side of said Lot 25 of said subdivision. more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast comer of said Lot 25 and run West along the-common line of Lots 24 and 25 for a distance of 144 feet and a point on the East right of way line of Woodshire Circle. run thence along and with the said right of way Southernly for a distance of 5 feet, run thence Easternly to the point of beginning.
Also being known as and described by the Caddo Perish Tax Assessor as follows: LOT 25, NORTHWOODS SUBN., UNIT NO. 4, LESS A TRACT ON THE N. SIDE MEASURING 5 FT. ON FRONT & 0 FT. ON REAR, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON. GEOGRAPHICAL NUMBER 191432-024-0052-00, WITH A MUNICIPAL ADDRESS. OF 1000 WOODSHIRE CIRCLE
Notice is now given to all parties to whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of decedent, and of this estate, that they be ordered to make any opposition which they may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating that application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
