TO: IRREVOCABLE SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST OF DEBORAH MOORE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 15th day of May, 2026, the Superior Court fixed July 14, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Borough of Lindenwold located at 15 N. White Horse Pike, , Lindenwold, New Jersey, 08021 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #22-00036 dated October 26, 2022, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Borough of Lindenwold, County of Camden and State of New Jersey and recorded in the office of the Camden County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 12258, page 146; and covers real estate located at 309 Stone Rd, Lindenwold, County of Camden and State of New Jersey known as Block 125, Lot 12, 13 on the tax duplicate of the Borough of Lindenwold, and assessed to Irrevocable Special Needs Trust of Deborah Moore. Total amount required to redeem is $53,053.97, together with interest from April 2, 2026, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
