PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of West Palm Beach provides notice per Sunshine Law, Fla Stat 286.011, a public meeting is scheduled RFP 25.26.205 DL RESTAURANT OPERATOR FOR CURRIE PARK EVALUATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING June 10, 2026, beginning at 12:30 pm, City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, 5th FL, Rm 519, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401, the evaluation and selection committee will meet to hear presentations and receive answers to questions from proposers and, following the final presentation at approximately 4:15 pm, the evaluation and selection committee will meet at a public meeting to evaluate and rank proposers. Note: Pursuant to Fla Stat 286.0113(2)(b)(1), "Any portion of a meeting at which a negotiation with a vendor is conducted pursuant to a competitive solicitation, at which a vendor makes an oral presentation as part of a competitive solicitation, or at which a vendor answers questions as part of a competitive solicitation is exempt from s 286.011 and s. 24(b), Art. I of the State Constitution." The general public and proposers can otherwise watch and observe, but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting.
