Request for Qualifications Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks and Equalization Basin Design CONTRACT 2026-E City of Ravenna, County of Portage Response Due Date: July 1st, 2026 This “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) is an official notification pursuant the City of Ravenna for the need of professional services and engineering work for the City of Ravenna. This project will consist of designing new headworks of the plant, primary clarifiers and either modify the existing EQ basins or design new basins. This project will be split into two phases; phase one is the planning phase and upon approval phase two is to complete construction documents. Additional design services as part of this project include emergency generator, disk filter system modifications, and sludge management system. A submittal of an RFQ does not guarantee that a firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to the City of Ravenna that the firm desires to be considered.  It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed approximately September 2026.
