REQUEST OF PROPOSALS   FROM LICENSED ELEVATOR COMPANIES FOR FOUR (4)   TRACTION ELEVATORS AT RICHMOND TOWERS   The Housing Authority of Plainfield is requesting proposals from qualified and certified elevator companies to service and maintain the operations cf four (4) elevators on a 24-hour and 7-day basis for the high- rise buildings which are the homes of senior and disable residents The response time from the elevator company shall not exceed 24 hours. The services include but are not limited to the regular monthly elevator maintenance services and the emergency services when elevators are not operational.   Interested companies shall submit monthly proposed services fees to the Authority accompanied by the license, certificate of insurance and three work-related references. The service tickets/reports shall be forwarded to the Authority indicating time, date and the services by the elevator servicing company.   Please see the attached sheets for the scope of work for the elevators, as per your request.   One original and two copies of the proposals are required to be delivered to the Administration Office located at 510 East Front Street, Plainfield, New Jersey on or before 11:00 a.m., June 30, 2026. All proposals are required to comply with the requirement of PL. 1975C.127 affirmative action and equal employment laws in accordance with the applicable state and federal regulations.   Randall Wood, Executive Director ($167.70)
