LEGAL NOTICE PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY BY ELECTRONIC AUCTION   Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Plumstead Township will receive bids for the sale of certain Township owned personal property through an electronic auction conducted on the Municibid online auction platform. The items of personal property to be sold are as follows: International 6-Wheel Dump Truck with Salt Spreader & Snow Plow John Deere Wide Area Mower, 2019 Exmark Zero Turn Mower #1, 2019 Exmark Zero Turn Mower #2 The electronic auction will be accessible at the following Internet address: www.municibid.com. The auction will open upon posting of the items and will remain active from 6/3/26 through 7/1/26 as set forth in the Municibid listing. Plumstead Township will publicly open and announce the bids on July 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM and award bids at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors scheduled for July 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM at which time the Board may award the sale to the highest responsible bidder or may reject any and all bids if the bids are believed to be less than the fair market value of the property. All bids shall be accepted on the condition that payment of the full purchase price is made immediately upon acceptance of the successful bid, unless otherwise permitted under law.
