CITY OF PALM DESERT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO PLACE 2026/2027 SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City has prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report containing a description of each parcel of real single-family residential properties receiving solid waste service and the amount of the charges for each parcel for Fiscal Year 2026/2027. This report is on file and available for public view at Palm Desert City Hall, located at 73510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92260, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, will hold a Public Hearing on June 25, 2026, at 4 p.m. on the above-described report and the placement of the solid waste service charges on the property tax roll. At the public hearing, the City Council will hear and consider all objections or protests to the report and the placement of the charges on the property tax roll. The hearing will be located at the Council Chamber located at 73510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92260.
