NOTICE OF HEARING ON REPORT DESCRIBING SEWER SERVICE CHARGES AND SEWER STANDBY CHARGES FOR VENTURA COUNTY WATERWORKS DISTRICT NO. 16 FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2026-27 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 5473 of the Health and Safety Code, a written report has been filed with the Clerk of the Ventura County Board of Supervisors, which describes each parcel of real property receiving extended services within Ventura County Waterworks District No. 16 and sets forth the amount of the service charge proposed for each parcel for FY 2026-27. A copy of the written report entitled “Waterworks District No. 16 Report Describing Sewer Service Charges and Sewer Standby Charges for Each Parcel for FY 2026-27 (Health and Safety Code Section 5473)” (“Report”) is available for review at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, located on the fourth floor of the County Administration Building, 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California 93009. To obtain the report, contact the Clerk of the Board by e-mail at clerkoftheboard@venturacounty.gov or telephone at (805) 654-2251 to obtain the report. On June 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, County Administration Building, 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California 93009, the Board of Supervisors shall hear and consider all objections or protests, if any, to the Report. If the owners of a majority of parcels described in the Report protest the Report, the Board will not adopt the Report, and the subject charges will be collected separately from the tax roll.
