Defendant Tayler Stearns was operating a motor vehicle owned by Co-Defendant Freedom Electric, LLC and was traveling west on or near US Highway 40 near its intersection with 600 W in Cumberland, Hancock County, Indiana and in violation of the common law and the statutes of Indiana, was negligent in the operation of this motor vehicle, causing a collision between the vehicles.
