PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Evesham Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on April 20, 2026, granted Route 73 Property LLC Amended Major Site Plan with Minor Subdivision approval with Bulk Variances and Submission Waivers to create an additional fourteen (14) parking spaces at the existing Olga's Diner and to adjust the property lot lines. The subject properties are located at 200 Route 73 North, Evesham, NJ and 89 Baker Boulevard, Evesham, NJ and are further identified as Block 20, Lot 1.01 and Block 20.01, Lot 1 on the Evesham Township Tax Map. Use Variance approval was previously granted with regard to the proposed parking spaces.
The approving resolution was memorialized on May 26, 2026. The resolution and all relevant data are on file with the Evesham Township Zoning Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at the Evesham Township Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053.
