Arium is proposing to install a 39-foot telecommunications utility pole structure located within the public right of way near 17092 West Bell Road, Surprise, Maricopa County, Arizona 85374 (33 38 32.532N / 112 25 35.8572W). The facility is not expected to be FAA lighted.
