REQUEST FOR COMMENTSAMARILLO METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION The Amarillo Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) offers a thirty-day public comment period for development of the following document: FY 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Each year the Amarillo Metropolitan Planning Organization develops a Unified Planning Work Program. Amarillo's UPWP summarizes the anticipated planning objectives, goals, and tasks of the MPO for the next fiscal year. The draft FY 2027 UPWP that is being developed will be available for public comment prior to consideration by the MPO Policy Committee. Public Comment Period – June 10, 2026, thru July 09, 2026 Comments on the UPWPs may be submitted by mail, email or in person. Written comments must be postmarked no later than the last day of the comment period.
