Shafer PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Byron issued a Raze Order directing you to raze (i.e., demolish and remove the building and restore the site to a dust-free and erosion-free condition) the accessory structure located at N3291 Hickory Road in the Town of Byron; Parcel Number T04-14-17-28-06-004-00. The Raze Order requires you to raze the accessory structure on this parcel within 30 days of service. The basis for the Raze Order is that the accessory structure on the parcel is so dilapidated and out of repair as to be dangerous, unsafe, and unfit for human habitation, occupancy, or use. If you do not raze the structures within 30 days after the date this is first published, the Town will obtain an order of the Circuit Court to raze the accessory structure itself and hold you responsible for the costs thereof.
