The object of the complaint is to quiet title and extinguish any right, title or interest of Defendants in the following described real estate: Parcel Number 27-082458-00.001(0.567 Acres) in Hartford Township, Licking County, Ohio, at one time owned by C.C. Needles by virtue of a Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 225, Page 458 on April 21, 1914, in the Licking County Recorder’s Office. You are hereby required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once weekly for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on July 14, 2026 and the twenty-eight (28) days for answer will commence on that date. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
