PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND STATEMENT OF INTEREST FOR CONTRACT
FOR OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES
The Bexley City School District (the Board), located in Bexley, Franklin County, Ohio, announces its intent to contract for Owner's Representative ("Owner's Rep") services for certain improvements as part of its District Facilities Plan (the "Project"). The Board invites interested firms and other consultants interested in providing the required services for the Project to submit their qualifications, including the firm's experience and a statement of interest in the Project.

Description of Project and Required Services
The Board specifically seeks Owner's Rep services to assist with the design and construction of certain facilities improvements to include:
• The construction of a new, self-contained middle school;
• Essential facility repairs across all District buildings (e.g., HVAC, roofing); o Stadium safety improvement and athletic support space upgrades, with a focus on longevity, not expansion;
• Turf installation at Maryland Elementary School and Montrose Elementary School (green space and athletic spaces).
The Board will work with the selected Owner's Rep and separately selected design professionals and contracted construction services firm(s) to define additional work to be accomplished, as well as establishing a detailed schedule for completion of the anticipated tasks. The Project may also include additional similar improvements as the Board may identify during the design phase.
Firms submitting statements of qualifications for the available contract will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. The Board reserves the right to enter into more than one contract for components of the Project rather than a single contract for the entire Project and to rank and select more than one firm to provide services in connection with the Project in a manner the Board deems appropriate. Upon selection of the firm(s) determined to be most qualified to provide the requested services for the Project, compensation and an agreement for services will be negotiated and prepared for the Project.
Firms wishing to submit qualifications for the Project must do so in writing before 5:00 p.m. on June 24, 2026. Submittals received after this time will be opened only at the discretion of the Board. Submit three (3) copies of the firm's qualifications by mail, overnight delivery, or email to:
