Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the York Township Zoning Hearing Board on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the York Township Municipal Office, 190 Oak Road, Dallastown, PA, when and where all persons interested may appear and be heard. Examination of all applications may be made at the Township offices during regular business hours.
Appl. 2025-13: Wyndridge Farms, LTD requests an extension for a Special Exception granted to allow an expansion of the existing accessory restaurant at the Winery on property located at 885 South Pleasant Avenue, Dallastown, PA, in a Residential Agricultural (RA) District.
Appl. 2026-06: Heartland Builders, Inc., requests a Modification of Special Exception granted for multi-family dwelling in Decision of the York Township Zoning Hearing Board No. 2022-08 to allow an increase in the number of proposed dwelling units from 52 to 59, on property located at the northwest corner of the intersection of South Queen Street and Locust Hill Road in a Mixed Residential Commercial (MRC) District.
Appl. 2026-07: Heartland Builders, Inc., requests a Variance from Section 265-649.B to allow for a reduction in the Type C buffer planting strip or the elimination of the Type C buffer planting strip to the north and east of proposed multi-family building, on property located at the northwest corner of the intersection of South Queen Street and Locust Hill Road in a Mixed Residential Commercial (MRC) District.
