NOTICE This Notice is given pursuant to §108 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. §10108, by Ventura Real Estate Development LLC, as a landowner within the Borough of Palmyra, to provide notice that the Borough Council of Palmyra, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, has taken action to adopt the following Ordinance: BOROUGH OF PALMYRA, LEBANON COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 841 May 26, 2026 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PALMYRA BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 380, ZONING, TO ADD LIVE/WORK RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AS A USE AND PROVIDE REGULATIONS FOR SUCH USE. Full text of the Ordinance may be reviewed by members of the public at the Palmyra Municipal Center located at 325 S. Railroad Street, Palmyra, PA 17078. This publication is intended to provide notification of the ordinance and any person claiming a right to challenge the validity of the Ordinance must bring a legal action within thirty (30) days of the publication of the second Notice.
