PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NORTH SEWICKLEY TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD The North Sewickley Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 22, 2026 7:00 p.m. at the North Sewickley Township Municipal Building, 893 Mercer Road, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the public hearing is to act on the Application of the Mark Fajtak for a Special Exception under Section 1504(C)(2) of the Township Zoning Ordinance in order to permit the installation of a solar system on a detached garage that would exceed fifty percent (50%) of its replacement value. The garage at issue is located at 203 Wises Grove Road, New Brighton (North Sewickley Township), PA 15066 and being further identified as Beaver County Tax Parcel Numbers 70-123-0105.001.
